Fall 2009 CONFCHEM	Excellence in Education with CCLI: Notes from Recent Awardees An on-line conference, September and October 2009

This symposium will feature recent awardees of the National Science Foundation’s Course, Curriculum and Laboratory Improvement, Phase 1 Adapt and Implement program (CCLI).  In addition to providing a forum for investigators to disseminate their results, the organizers hope that the information shared will aid future investigators in their applications for CCLI funding. Anyone who has been the recipient of a recent CCLI award is invited to submit an abstract to the conference organizers.

Authors in this ConfChem will:

• Report on a successful CCLI project.
• Discuss how the project was assessed and the results of the assessment.
• Share their experiences with the CCLI proposal process.   

After the conference, contributors will have the option of submitting their papers to the JCE ConfChem Feature.for peer review.  Anyone wishing to submit a paper should contact one of the conference organizers:
